Rewards for in-person marketing research projects are typically given to participants, via prepaid Visa™ card or check, at the end of the session.
Payment is based on satisfactory participation. Focus Pointe Global pays for participation with a pre-paid Visa debit card. You will receive an email with a redemption code after the conclusion of the entire study. Please allow 6-8 weeks for payment to be processed. The code can be redeemed for a virtual incentive card or you can request a physical card be mailed to your address. This card will expire after 180 days of being issued. Once a card has expired it cannot be reactivated, however, a card can be reissued if the card is within 60 days of the expiration date. There is a $10 fee for this service. In the event a card is lost or stolen, or if you have any issues redeeming your online code, call the Visa customer service center at 877-325-8444.
Occasionally, participants will be rewarded for in-person marketing research projects with gift cards, coupons, or prizes. When you will be rewarded with these types of incentives, you will be notified before the start of the research project.
Rewards for telephone interviews are mailed to participants 6-8 weeks after the entire project is complete. Focus Pointe Global now uses prepaid Visa™ cards for participation incentives.
